Want to push yourself to the absolute limit? Try coasteering in Devon or Cornwall

Coasteering with Fremington Adventure Centre can be undertaken across North Devon and South Devon near Torquay throughout the year. The Adventure Centre has established itself as one of the leading exponents of Coasteering in the UK and we constantly set new limits in a safe and controlled environment. Our sister Centre, Penhale Adventure Centre, also runs Coasteering around the Cornish coastline.

Coasteering is an ideal activity for corporate team building and adventure training and allows tyou to explore the coast in a completely new way. Durfing coasteering you will discover caves and various sea life that you would not normally see.

The session will normally take 2-3 hours and will start with a brief that will cover all safety aspects, before you head out with your experienced instructor. All of the instructors are qualified beach lifeguards.

Personal equipment (wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet) is provided and all instructors carry safety, rescue and first aid equipment. All you need to bring along is a pair of wetsuit booties or trainers that you don't mind getting wet... and nerves of steel.
